The NAD is perfectly fine at room temperature & up to approx 22 degrees for a few days. If you remove the bottom carton you will find a coolpack which we use all year round. It is best to refrigerate it upon arrival & keep it in the fridge once opened for optimal freshness.

The injection can sting sometimes & bruises are not uncommon. Try removing the NAD+ from the fridge for 30 minutes beforehand as it can sting more when it’s cold.

Try various injection sites and a new one each time and a 45-degree angle can help. We hear frequently from customers that 1 day it can sting and feel a little sore afterwards & other days it’s painless and sting-free.
